        What are the energy-saving and carbon reducing technology methods in the coking industry?

          1.綠色技術(shù)工藝。重點(diǎn)推動(dòng)高效蒸餾、熱泵等先進(jìn)節能工藝技術(shù)應用。加快推進(jìn)焦爐精準加熱自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)普及應用,實(shí)現焦爐加熱燃燒過(guò)程溫度優(yōu)化控制,降低加熱用煤氣消耗。

        1. Green technology process. Focus on promoting the application of advanced energy-saving technology such as efficient distillation and heat pumps. Accelerate the popularization and application of precise heating automatic control technology for coke ovens, achieve temperature optimization control during the heating and combustion process of coke ovens, and reduce gas consumption for heating.

          2.余熱余能回收。加大余熱余能的回收利用,推廣應用干熄焦、上升管余熱回收、煙道氣余熱回收等先進(jìn)適用技術(shù),研究焦化系統多余熱耦合優(yōu)化。

        2. Recovery of waste heat and energy. Increase the recovery and utilization of waste heat and energy, promote the application of advanced and applicable technologies such as dry quenching, riser waste heat recovery, and flue gas waste heat recovery, and study the optimization of excess heat coupling in coking systems.

          3.循環(huán)經(jīng)濟改造。推廣焦爐煤氣脫硫廢液提鹽、制酸等高效資源化利用技術(shù),解決廢棄物污染問(wèn)題。利用現有煉焦裝備和產(chǎn)能,研究加強焦爐煤氣高效綜合利用,延伸焦爐煤氣利用產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條,開(kāi)拓焦爐煤氣應用新領(lǐng)域。

        3. Circular economy transformation. Promote efficient resource utilization technologies such as salt extraction and acid production from coke oven gas desulfurization waste liquid to solve waste pollution problems. Utilize existing coking equipment and production capacity, research and strengthen the efficient and comprehensive utilization of coke oven gas, extend the industrial chain of coke oven gas utilization, and explore new fields of coke oven gas application.

          4.公輔設施改造。提高節能型水泵、永磁電機、永磁調速、開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機等節能產(chǎn)品使用比例,合理配置電機功率,系統節約電能。

        4. Renovation of public and auxiliary facilities. Increase the proportion of energy-saving products such as water pumps, permanent magnet motors, permanent magnet speed regulation, and switched reluctance motors, allocate motor power reasonably, and save electricity in the system.
