        焦化發(fā)電機組運行時(shí)電壓忽高忽低的原因有哪些?

          1、焦化發(fā)電機組調速裝置有故障,使焦化發(fā)電機供油量忽大忽小,造成發(fā)電機組轉速不穩定,使發(fā)電機輸出電壓和頻率引起波動(dòng)。

        1. The speed control device of the coking generator set has a malfunction, causing the oil supply of the coking generator to fluctuate, resulting in unstable speed of the generator set and causing fluctuations in the output voltage and frequency of the generator.

          2、勵磁電路中,電壓調節整定電位器接觸不良或接線(xiàn)松動(dòng),旋轉整流器接線(xiàn)松動(dòng),使勵磁電流忽大忽小,引起發(fā)電機輸出電壓不穩定。

        2. In the excitation circuit, poor contact or loose wiring of the voltage regulation setting potentiometer, loose wiring of the rotating rectifier, causing the excitation current to fluctuate, resulting in unstable output voltage of the generator.

          3、勵磁繞組對地絕緣受損,電機運行時(shí)繞組時(shí)而發(fā)生接地現象使電壓波動(dòng)。

        3. The insulation of the excitation winding to the ground is damaged, and the winding sometimes experiences grounding during motor operation, causing voltage fluctuations.

          4、自動(dòng)電壓調節器(AVR)勵磁系統電路有故障,使AVR對勵磁電流控制不穩定。

        4. The automatic voltage regulator (AVR) excitation system circuit has a fault, which makes the AVR unstable in controlling the excitation current.
