燃氣發(fā)電機組排溫過(guò)高的三個(gè)處理辦法
用戶(hù)在使用燃氣發(fā)電機組的過(guò)程中可能會(huì )遇到排溫突然過(guò)高的問(wèn)題,可根據下面三個(gè)辦法處理。
Users may encounter the problem of sudden high exhaust temperature during the use of gas generator sets. The following three methods can be used to deal with it.
1. 查看機組運行時(shí)各缸的燃氣調節閥是否松動(dòng),若無(wú)松動(dòng),還需停機檢查點(diǎn)火線(xiàn)圈 與火花塞是否有故障。
1. Check if the gas regulating valves of each cylinder are loose during the operation of the unit. If they are not loose, stop the machine and check if there are any faults in the ignition coil and spark plug.
2. 如果單缸排溫異常,需要檢查一下是不是儀表顯示的問(wèn)題。
If the exhaust temperature of a single cylinder is abnormal, it is necessary to check if there is a problem with the instrument display.
3. 如果整體排溫異常,需要檢查是否是氣體濃度變化或點(diǎn)火不良導致。
If the overall exhaust temperature is abnormal, it is necessary to check whether it is caused by changes in gas concentration or poor ignition.
廠(chǎng)家介紹,當無(wú)法確切排查到故障根源時(shí),可以考慮置換法。例如,如果考慮是點(diǎn)火控制器的故障,那么檢查時(shí)可以單獨對點(diǎn)火控制器進(jìn)行調整,觀(guān)察故障是否還會(huì )發(fā)生,來(lái)確定是否是點(diǎn)火控制器的問(wèn)題。
The manufacturer suggests that when the root cause of the malfunction cannot be accurately identified, the replacement method can be considered.
