靜音型發(fā)電機在安裝調試時(shí)要注意什么？
首先合上發(fā)電機的控制箱內的保險箱后，然后按下啟動(dòng)按鈕。如果出現啟動(dòng)不成功時(shí)，等待一定時(shí)間后，再次按下啟動(dòng)鍵。

啟動(dòng)發(fā)電機時(shí)應該對發(fā)電機的郵箱壓力進(jìn)行觀(guān)察，如果油壓沒(méi)有顯示很指數低時(shí)，應立即停止并檢查。
When starting the generator, the pressure in the generator's mailbox should be observed. If the oil pressure does not show a very low index, it should be immediately stopped and checked.

通常情況下，機組啟動(dòng)后轉速直接達到額定轉速；怠速時(shí)間不易過(guò)長(cháng)，一般為3~5min。否則會(huì )對發(fā)電機的相關(guān)元器件燒壞，導致無(wú)法使用。

檢查機組油路水路及電器的是否出現滲漏情況；

檢查發(fā)電機機組各連接處的緊固情況，看有無(wú)松動(dòng)和劇烈振動(dòng)
Check the tightness of each connection of the generator unit for looseness and severe vibration
觀(guān)察機組各種保護和監視裝置是否正常；
Observe whether various protection and monitoring devices of the unit are normal;
當轉速達到額定轉速，起空載運行的各項參數穩定后，合閘送電
When the speed reaches the rated speed and all parameters for starting and no-load operation are stable, close the power supply
檢查確認控制屏各項參數是否在允許的范圍內，再次檢查機組的振動(dòng)，有無(wú)三漏及其它故障
Check and confirm whether the parameters of the control screen are within the allowable range, and recheck the vibration of the unit for any three leaks or other faults
柴油發(fā)電機運行時(shí)嚴禁超負荷
Overloading is strictly prohibited during the operation of diesel generators
認真填好柴油發(fā)電機調試表格，一式二份各自保存，與操作人員交代注意事項以及調試知識培訓。
Carefully fill out the diesel generator debugging form, keep two copies each, and explain the precautions and debugging knowledge training to the operators.
