首先的弄清楚的是，燃氣發(fā)電機組的易損件中包含空氣濾清器、機油濾清器和柴油濾清器這三種濾清器，要延長(cháng)柴油燃氣發(fā)電機組的使用壽命，在使用過(guò)程中，就要加強空氣濾清器、機油濾清器和柴油濾清器這三濾的保養，充分發(fā)揮它們的作用。

　　The first thing to clarify is that the vulnerable parts of a gas generator set include three types of filters: air filter, oil filter, and diesel filter. To extend the service life of a diesel gas generator set, it is necessary to strengthen the maintenance of the air filter, oil filter, and diesel filter during use, and fully utilize their functions.

　　空氣濾清器在安裝時(shí)不可漏裝、反裝或錯裝各密封墊圈及橡膠連接管，并保證各按嵌處的嚴密性。使用的紙質(zhì)集塵杯空氣濾清器，每工作50-100小時(shí)，要清除塵土1次，可用軟毛刷將表面塵土刷掉，若工作時(shí)間超過(guò)500小時(shí)或已損壞，就應及時(shí)更換。使用油浴式空氣濾清器，每工作100-200小時(shí)，應用清潔的柴油清洗濾芯，并更換其中的機油，若濾芯已破碎，就需立即更換，并注意在使用中，按規定添加機油。

　　When installing the air filter, it is not allowed to miss, reverse or install the sealing gaskets and rubber connecting pipes incorrectly, and ensure the tightness of each embedded part. The paper dust collector air filter used should be cleaned of dust once every 50-100 hours of operation. The surface dust can be brushed off with a soft bristled brush. If the working time exceeds 500 hours or it is damaged, it should be replaced in a timely manner. Use an oil bath air filter. After every 100-200 hours of operation, clean the filter element with clean diesel and replace the oil inside. If the filter element is broken, it needs to be replaced immediately. Pay attention to adding oil according to regulations during use.

　　機油濾清器在柴油燃氣發(fā)電機組使用中如不及時(shí)保養，濾芯堵塞、機油壓力增加，安全閥打開(kāi)，潤滑油直接流入主油道，會(huì )加劇潤滑表面的磨損，影響柴油燃氣發(fā)電機組的使用壽命。因此，機油濾清器每工作180-200小時(shí)，就要清洗1次，發(fā)現破損，應立即更換，以防止雜質(zhì)進(jìn)入潤滑表面。

　　If the oil filter is not maintained in a timely manner during the use of diesel gas generator sets, the filter element will be blocked, the oil pressure will increase, the safety valve will open, and the lubricating oil will directly flow into the main oil passage, which will exacerbate the wear of the lubricating surface and affect the service life of diesel gas generator sets. Therefore, the oil filter should be cleaned once every 180-200 hours of operation. If any damage is found, it should be replaced immediately to prevent impurities from entering the lubrication surface.

　　燃氣發(fā)電機組換季使用，還應清洗曲軸箱和各潤滑表面，方法是用機油、煤油和柴油混合后作洗滌油，可在機油放出后加入洗滌油清洗，然后，柴油燃氣發(fā)電機組低速運轉3-5分鐘，再放盡洗滌油，加入新機油。

　　When the gas generator set is used for seasonal changes, the crankcase and various lubrication surfaces should also be cleaned. The method is to mix engine oil, kerosene, and diesel to make washing oil. After the engine oil is drained, washing oil can be added for cleaning. Then, the diesel gas generator set should be operated at low speed for 3-5 minutes, and the washing oil should be drained before adding new engine oil.

　　燃油供給系統中的各種燃油濾清器，每工作100-200小時(shí)，就應清除雜物1次，并對油箱和各輸油管道進(jìn)行全面清洗。在清洗濾芯和密封件時(shí)，應特別仔細，發(fā)現破損，需及時(shí)更換。在季節過(guò)渡換油時(shí)，應對整個(gè)燃油供給系統的各零部件進(jìn)行清洗。使用的柴油，應符合季節要求，并需經(jīng)48小時(shí)的沉淀凈化處理。

　　The various fuel filters in the fuel supply system should be cleaned of debris once every 100-200 hours of operation, and the fuel tank and various oil pipelines should be thoroughly cleaned. When cleaning the filter element and seals, special care should be taken and any damage should be replaced promptly. When changing oil during seasonal transitions, all components of the entire fuel supply system should be cleaned. The diesel used should meet seasonal requirements and undergo 48 hours of precipitation purification treatment.

　　注：空氣濾清器、機油濾清器和燃油濾清器這三種濾清器為易損件，當使用超過(guò)500小時(shí)，必須要更換新的。這樣才能更好的延長(cháng)柴油燃氣發(fā)電機組的使用壽命。

　　Note: The air filter, oil filter, and fuel filter are vulnerable parts and must be replaced with new ones when used for more than 500 hours. This can better extend the service life of diesel gas generator sets.
